1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern enrollment in, access to, and use of the educational services provided by , including offline classroom coaching, counselling, tests, study material, our website at https://www.famsonline.in, and the famsonline mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). By enrolling, paying fees, visiting the website, creating an account, or using the mobile application, the student and, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms.

If a student is a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing and accepting these Terms on the student’s behalf.

2. Educational Services

4. Fees, Taxes and Payment

  1. Course fees, registration fees, test-series fees, material charges and any other applicable charges will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
  2. Fees must be paid by the due dates and through approved payment modes. Applicable taxes, if any, may be charged as required by law.
  3. A payment is treated as complete only after successful realization and confirmation by the Institute or payment provider.
  4. Students/parents should retain receipts and immediately report payment discrepancies.
  5. Late payment may result in temporary suspension of classes, tests, app access, study material or other Services after reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation, Refund and Course Transfer

The refund, cancellation, batch-transfer and course-transfer rules stated in the admission form, fee receipt, brochure or specific course policy will apply. If no separate written policy is provided, the Institute will decide requests fairly based on the stage of the course, services already delivered, study material issued, administrative costs and applicable law.

  1. Registration/application fees may be non-refundable where clearly disclosed before payment and permitted by law.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institute with payment proof and relevant details.
  3. No refund is guaranteed merely because a student stops attending classes, changes plans, relocates, or does not appear for an examination.
  4. Any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded will continue to apply.

6. Attendance, Timings and Academic Responsibility

  1. Students are expected to attend classes, tests, doubt sessions and academic activities regularly and on time.
  2. Students are responsible for checking timetable updates, notices, homework, test dates and announcements through the channels used by the Institute.
  3. The Institute may inform parents/guardians about attendance, performance, discipline and academic progress of minor students.
  4. Absence from a class or test does not automatically create a right to a separate replacement class or test unless the Institute provides one.

7. Examination Results and No Guarantee of Rank

The Institute provides coaching, guidance and academic support but does not guarantee any particular board percentage, examination score, rank, selection, admission, scholarship, college allotment or career outcome. Results depend on several factors including the student’s effort, attendance, preparation, examination conditions and policies of the relevant examination authority.

Any past results, testimonials or success stories are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar individual results.

8. Student Conduct and Discipline

  1. Students must behave respectfully toward faculty, staff, other students, visitors and service providers.
  2. Bullying, harassment, threats, fighting, abusive language, cheating, impersonation, vandalism, theft, possession of prohibited items, or disruption of classes may lead to disciplinary action.
  3. Recording classes, faculty or other students without authorization is prohibited.
  4. Students must comply with safety rules, centre instructions and reasonable academic/administrative directions.
  5. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that may legally apply.

9. Study Material and Intellectual Property

All notes, books, worksheets, question banks, videos, tests, logos, designs, app content, website content, software and other materials provided by or on behalf of [Institute Name] are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws or licenses.

  1. Materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use only.

10. Website and Mobile Application Accounts

  3. The Institute may update, maintain, suspend or modify digital Services for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.
  4. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, hack, interfere with, overload or misuse the website, app, servers or security controls.

11. Mobile App Permissions and Notifications

The app may request device permissions only when reasonably required for disclosed features, such as camera access for uploading documents, storage/media access for permitted uploads, or notifications for class, test, fee and academic updates.
